As most of our products are customized for the customer No refunds may be issued, however we will be more than glad to work with the buyer to make sure they are happy with the product.
We can not accept cancelations after 24 hours due to the product may already be in production
Everything we make is made to order. Please allow for production time. Most orders ship within 3-5 days depending on complexity of item purchased. Holidays may see an extended production time.
All orders are shipped with insurance from USPS, UPS, or Fedex and customer will receive tracking information
